What happens during the first session?

During your first session, we take time to understand your full health picture—not just your symptoms. We review physical and mental health concerns, medical history, stress load, hormonal rhythms, and cognitive patterns. You’ll leave with clear next steps, which may include targeted labs, lifestyle recommendations, supplements, or medications.

Do you take insurance?

We do not work directly with insurance. This allows us to offer longer visits, personalized care, and flexible treatment options. We’re happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.

What if I’m outside New Jersey?

Telehealth services may be available depending on your location and the type of care you’re seeking. Please reach out to confirm availability and next steps.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, telehealth visits are available for many services and can be a convenient option for ongoing care or follow-up appointments.

Our standard

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast minimums, including buttons and text on colored bands.
Every page has a clear heading structure and page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) so screen reader users can move around quickly.
Photos have text descriptions. Decorative icons and shapes are hidden from screen readers.
The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator. The phone menu opens and closes from the keyboard, including with the Escape key.
The site works at up to 400% zoom without sideways scrolling.
Newsletter and workshop forms have labeled fields, and required fields and errors are announced.
Blog links say which article they open.
Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device.

How we check

The site was reviewed on October 29, 2026 using automated testing (axe-core) on every page at desktop and phone sizes, plus manual checks of keyboard use, zoom, forms, image descriptions, and what each page presents to assistive technology. We re-check the site when content or design changes.

Known limitations

The free call application and workshop registration use third-party services (Google Forms, Zoom, and Google reCAPTCHA). We do not control their code. If you have trouble with any of them, contact us and we will help you another way.
Our downloadable Overwhelm Decoder PDF has not yet been checked for accessibility. If you need it in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
