Julie Edwards APN, FNP-c, Founder
Initial Assessment
Your intake session uncovers what’s fueling your symptoms — anxiety cycles, cognitive overload, irritability triggers, hormonal shifts, emotional bandwidth, ADHD traits, depression, or stress responses — so you understand why you feel this way.
Individualized Plan
We review your labs, daily rhythms, and real-life demands to design a personalized plan — whether that includes medication, supplements, nervous-system support, or small lifestyle shifts, so you have a clear direction and a plan that finally makes sense.
High-Touch Support
You’ll receive high-touch, concierge-level support designed for your busiest season of life– personalized guidance, quick access when you need it, and the kind of consistent care that makes real change feel possible and sustainable.
About My Practice
Where science meets intuition — and women finally feel understood.
At Maris Integrative Health, I combine advanced clinical training with a deep understanding of how women’s biology, hormones, stress load, and cognitive patterns interact. Instead of treating anxiety, irritability, and focus issues as separate problems, we look at the interconnected systems that shape your mood, mental clarity, and capacity.
You’ll gain clarity, direction, and practical steps that make real change possible.
- Testing with deeper insight
- Care that truly listens
- Personalized treatment plans
- Support for stress + hormones
Care for women who want real answers and solutions — not the same old “one size fits all” suggestions.
You’ve been juggling work, caregiving, responsibility, and expectations for years — often without the mental space or support you need. When symptoms like anxiety, irritability, fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, overstimulation, or focus struggles appear, most women are told to “manage stress” or “try a new routine.”
At Maris Integrative Health, we go deeper. You’ll receive an integrated approach that examines your cognitive patterns, emotional bandwidth, nervous-system responses, and the hormonal rhythms that can influence mood and mental clarity. Instead of treating symptoms as separate issues, we examine the whole system that shapes your capacity and well-being.
Care designed for the whole person, not just a checklist of symptoms.
How it works
A clear path back to feeling balanced — built for real women with real lives.
Maris Integrative Health offers supportive, whole-person care for women who want to feel more grounded, steady, and well in their day-to-day lives. Instead of focusing on isolated symptoms, we look at the bigger picture — your routines, stress load, mindset, hormonal rhythms, and the pace you’ve been running at.
Together, we sort out what’s feeling off and strengthen the systems that help you feel clear, calm, and capable again. It’s practical, realistic support that fits into the life you’re already living — not one you have to rearrange to make room for.
No pressure. No perfection. Just thoughtful, holistic care that helps you feel more like yourself.
Consultations with our expert
Your first 60-minute session clarifies what’s driving your symptoms — anxiety patterns, cognitive overload, irritability triggers, PMS or PMDD tendencies, emotional bandwidth, postpartum and perimenopausal shifts, depression or low-mood patterns, and stress responses — so you finally understand why you feel the way you do.
Create your mental clarity + nervous system plan
We review your rhythms, stress patterns, lab results (when appropriate), daily demands, and emotional load to create a realistic plan for stability. You’ll receive focused steps for mood, sleep, energy, attention, and cognitive flow — all designed to work with your life, not against it.
Integrate support + sustain your progress
Through weekly small-group coaching, monthly 1:1 sessions, and concierge access between calls, you’ll build durable habits and mental-health tools that keep you grounded — long after the program ends and life becomes busy again.
About Me
I’m Julie — an Integrative Nurse Practitioner who refuses to treat women’s symptoms in fragments.
I’m a Yale-trained NP with years of experience supporting women struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD traits, hormonal shifts, and the long-term effects of chronic stress on the body. I help women understand what’s happening beneath the surface — not just what they’re feeling.
As someone who spent years taking on too much and operating in ‘I’ll handle it’ mode, I know overwhelm and burnout firsthand. This experience, alongside caring for patients who felt dismissed or misunderstood, pushed me to build a whole-person approach grounded in clarity, compassion, and real answers.
If you know something isn’t right but haven’t gotten the support and explanations you need, you’re in the right place.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during the first session?
During your first session, we take time to understand your full health picture, not just your symptoms. We’ll review your physical and mental health concerns, medical history, stress load, hormonal rhythms, and cognitive patterns. This helps identify what may be driving your symptoms beneath the surface. You’ll leave with clear next steps, which may include targeted labs, lifestyle recommendations, supplements, or medications.
Do you take insurance?
Traditional insurance-based care often forces rushed visits and limits what can be addressed, which is why many women feel unheard or dismissed. By offering a concierge-style model and working with a limited number of clients, I’m able to focus on identifying the root causes of your symptoms and providing more personalized care.
Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement, and many clients use HSA or FSA funds. Check with your plan to confirm eligibility.
What if I’m outside NJ?
If you live outside New Jersey, I offer select wellness consultation and coaching services depending on your needs and location. Feel free to reach out or book a free 15-minute call to see what options may be available for you.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth makes care more accessible for busy women balancing work, home, and life. If you’re located in a state where I’m able to consult or practice, virtual visits are available.
What if I have more questions?
If you’re unsure whether this approach is right for you, feel free to send a message or book a free 15-minute consultation. And if I’m not the best fit for your needs, I’ll help guide you to someone who is.
